Our Team

Having had a long-standing business relationship prior to becoming business partners, Noel Conway and Garrett Rothwell established FM Total Facility Services Ltd in 2014. With Noel’s strong background in the construction industry, particularly in the commercial office fit-out business, and with Garrett’s experience in quantity surveying and construction industry financial planning, together they had a firm understanding of the needs of office & facility managers. Pádraig McGahern joined the team in 2017, taking up the role of Facilities Manager.

Noel Conway

Director/Project Manager

Noel is a highly-skilled experienced project manager dealing with all aspects of the job, including the initial planning, managing on site and the execution of works. Over the years he has completed many jobs in a wide variety of sectors including residential, office and medical facilities.

Garrett Rothwell

Director/Cost Consultant

Garret brings huge management strength, enthusiasm and motivation to his team, along with wide experience in all construction sectors including specialised medical and pharma construction. His experience extends to all areas of quantity surveying practice and estimating, from initial cost planning and procurement through to administering contract forms and agreeing final accounts.

Garrett is also a member of the C.I.B. (Chartered Institute of Building) where he holds the position of Eastern Centre Novus Rep.

Pádraig McGahern

Facilities Manager

Pádraig comes from a background in project handover and completion, having worked with various multinational companies, ensuring a first-time-right approach to all projects and works. His large CV of projects includes works in the commercial, pharmaceutical and telecoms industries. Pádraig takes great satisfaction in seeing a project through to completion in a smooth and cost-effective manner.
